Since 1919, The Illinois Federation of Business Women (IFBW) has been empowering working women to achieve their full potential through advocacy, education, and information. Women In Leadership was founded in 2004 and is comprised of some of the most outstanding women in Central Illinois. Our organization’s mission is to promote leadership among women by providing mentoring, networking and educational opportunities. We utilize our monthly meetings and special events to help members and guests get connected and provide opportunities to network. We bring in speakers to our monthly meetings to help build our members personally and professionally.
