I am studying and training in the TaKeTiNa rhythm process, and am conducting weekly practice groups. This group experience is a fun and challenging method of bringing rhythm into the body while experiencing a deep sense of synchronization with other partiicpants, simultaneous levels of awareness, and illuminating inner processes.
